描述

耐磨母粒（抗磨剂）NM-2T是一种粒状配方，其中50%的超高分子量硅氧烷聚合物分散在EVA树脂中。它是我们之前耐磨母粒NM-2的升级版，具有更高品质的硅氧烷和更高的硅氧烷含量。专为EVA或EVA相容树脂体系开发，旨在提高最终产品的耐磨性，并降低热塑性塑料的磨损值。

与传统的低分子量有机硅/硅氧烷添加剂（如硅油、硅油或其他类型的耐磨添加剂）相比，SILIKE 耐磨母粒 NM-2T 有望提供更佳的耐磨性能，且对硬度和颜色没有任何影响。

如何使用

思立可耐磨母粒的加工方式与它们所基于的树脂载体相同。可用于单/双螺杆挤出机、注塑成型等经典熔体共混工艺。建议与原始聚合物颗粒进行物理混合。

推荐剂量

当以 0.2 至 1% 的量添加到 EVA 或类似的热塑性塑料中时，预计树脂的加工和流动性会得到改善，包括更好的模具填充、更小的挤出机扭矩、内部润滑剂、脱模和更快的吞吐量；在更高的添加水平（2~10%）下，预计表面性能会得到改善，包括润滑性、滑爽性、更低的摩擦系数和更高的耐擦伤/刮擦性和耐磨性
