LYSI-506 硅氧烷母料（硅氧烷母料）是一种颗粒状配方，其中含有高含量的超高分子量硅氧烷聚合物，分散于聚丙烯（PP）中。它广泛用作聚乙烯（PE）相容性树脂体系中的高效加工助剂，以改善加工性能和表面质量。

与传统的低分子量硅油/硅氧烷添加剂（如硅油、硅液或其他类型的加工添加剂）相比，SILIKE LYSI 系列硅酮母料有望带来更佳的性能，例如：减少螺杆打滑、改善脱模性能、减少模具滴漏、降低摩擦系数、减少油漆和印刷问题以及更广泛的性能范围。

如何使用

SILIKE LYSI系列硅胶母料的加工方式与其所基于的树脂载体相同。它可用于传统的熔融共混工艺，例如单螺杆/双螺杆挤出机和注塑成型。建议与纯聚合物颗粒进行物理共混。为获得更佳效果，建议在80~90℃下预干燥3~4小时。

推荐剂量

在聚丙烯（PP）或类似热塑性塑料中添加0.2%至1%的添加剂，可改善树脂的加工性能和流动性，包括更好的模具填充、更小的挤出机扭矩、内部润滑、脱模性能和更高的生产效率；添加量增加至2%至5%时，可改善表面性能，包括润滑性、滑移性、更低的摩擦系数以及更高的抗刮擦性和耐磨性。
